In honor of Women’s History Month this March, NATA is highlighting women’s impact on the profession as well as one another. An extension of the “DedicATed” series available on “The NATA-Cast,” this celebration features video-recorded conversations between women in the profession, discussing their similar interests and life experiences.
In this conversation, NATA Past President Marje Albohm, MS, AT Ret., chats with fellow NATA AT Compensation Task Force Gender Equity Subgroup member and NATA Title IX Task Force member Megan Smith, MEd, LAT, ATC, about their volunteer relationship and professional impact.
They discuss their work together, the women who have inspired them and influenced the athletic training profession as well as their hopes for the future.
