June 28, 2017: NATA 2017 members had the opportunity to get to know the 2018 presidential candidates during Face Time ’17, from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. Wednesday, June 28, in the George R. Brown Convention Center, General Assembly C.
During Face Time ’17, Dieringer and Lindley shared their goals for NATA and the athletic training profession as well as answer questions from members. The event was broadcasted through Facebook Live, and the video is below.

Voting is conducted electronically Sept. 1-30. All NATA members will receive an email with further instructions. Please make sure your email address is accurate in our system. (Printed ballots can be mailed by special request to those unable to vote electronically.)
Voting results will be posted in October. The new president will take over for current NATA President Scott Sailor, EdD, ATC, at the 2018 NATA Clinical Symposia & AT Expo and will serve a three-year term.
