A snowstorm in Dallas couldn't stop us from having our biggest Athletic Training Educators' Conference of all time last week! The event's 598 registrants was an all-time record.
NATA Hall of Famer Dave Perrin, PhD, ATC, FNATA, the dean of the College of Health and Professor of Exercise and Sport Science at the University of Utah, delivered the keynote speech to a packed crowd at the HIlton Anatole on Feb. 28. Couldn't make it to the event? We are publishing excerpts from his speech in the April NATA News, or you can read the full transcript of his speech here.
We also hosted our student leadership conference, iLead, in conjunction with ATEC. More than 100 students from across the country trekked to Dallas to learn from the profession's best.
Find more information about ATEC and iLead, including the 2015 educational programs and photos from the event, on the ATEC page. Want to feel like you were there? Follow the conversation by reading the #ATEC2015 tweets!
