- National Federation Of State High School Associations - The NATA Official Liaison with the National Federation Sports Medicine Advisory Committee would like to communication the following point. When requesting a rule change, a concerned individual must address the concern to the National Federation's Sport Governing body's rules committee, who will then request information from the Sports Medicine Advisory Committee. The Sports Medicine Advisory Committee cannot impliment or suggest a rule change without having been asked to by the sport's governing rules commmittee. Please address all rules changes to them.
